Hey so, first of all, my envoys are, as you demanded, the head of State King Lennart Raybrandt, he second in Command (or the most similar figure we've got anyway) would be Lady Morgan and the head of the Foreign Affairs Office, Lord Caradoc. I hope that's alright.

I will start with the establishment of an Avalonian Embassy on your soil, lol, I should've done that before, but it's alright, I'll manage to give a good opening speech.
