I posted a link to this on the RMB. This tool is what Wikipedia editors use for those fancy arch-shaped legislature diagrams. The tool can now generates Westminster-style diagrams (two sided diagrams that show the government, opposition, and crossbenchers) as well.
To match it, you can make little color swatches for the legend using this code:
