THE COMMUNITY OF CALTANIAN COUNTRIES
"United in Diversity"​
The Community of Caltanian Countries is an alliance of nations on the continent of Caltania, the southernmost continent of Eras. It was created to help the countries of Caltania and their various cultures cooperate and forge a bond of friendship, trust, and defense. The Community discusses such topics as border regulations between its member countries, defense of the continent, economic and trade relations, cultural festivals, state visits, and more. All countries on Caltania, including those that have colonies on Caltania, are highly urged to join.

OOC: My nation is the "Monarchy" of Guslantis. We don't have a king (well, not officially.)
 
As the founder of the CCC, I would like to start chairman elections.

These are the candidates:
Alfred Nursson - Prime Minister of the Most Serene Republic of Syrixia
Bradoc Tulabinfors - Former Minister for Culture of the Most Serene Republic of Kalatun
Lucy Pakdel - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Federation of Xentherida
Zertan I - King of the Kingdom of True Sebland
Leslie Burves - President of the Republic of Lorbank

The voting lasts for two days from the start of this post.
 
I'd like to join this. However, Portmantea is on the island, and not Guslantis, though we are considered the main country.
 
Christian III is not our representative to the CCC; we are currently assigning a dedicated ambassador. Christian, unfortunately, is usually busy working, solving governmental issues, hence why we are assigning a dedicated ambassador.

The ambassador in question is the current Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lucy Pakdel. She currently lives in Port Ostria, and can respond to any council meetings quickly, faster than if she were in the Xentheridan mainland.
 
Silly Lorbank, you have to go through candidacy declarations first. We can vote after the two days are done.
 
Syrixia's candidate for the Chairmanship is Aryan Baknagore, deputy minister of foreign affairs.
 
Every current member added its candidate's name.
The voting lasts for two days from the start of this post.
Just the current members have voting right.

I diagnose that there are 2 votes to Syrixia's and 2 votes to Lorbank's candidate.
In this case I have to ask the voter(s) who didn't vote one of them, to decide.

Xentherida, only you didn't vote on to one of the 2 votes-getting candidate.
Who do you choose: James Dolan, or Leslie Brves?

I diagnose that James Dolan won the election with 3 votes against 2 votes to Leslie Burves.

Syrixia is busy with both NPTO concerning readmission and Nebula concerning the status of Shei Ren. We suggest the summit be next week.

Lorbank's proposal to the weekend CCC summit:
- Discussion about the new constitution of the CCC.
- Lorbank would like to facilitate the invitation of a new member. To my request, my friend, Eirennea established her country in Caltania. I feel obliged to propose the invitation.

(Of course everyone can add some more programmes to this proposal)
 
I, the leader of Lorbank initiate the voting about the invitation of Eirennea and Portmantea.
I ask the voters to underline the name of the invitee.

You can vote as one of the invitee join the other aren't.

Kalatun told me to vote instead of him.
His vote is this:
Kalatun votes to invite Eirennea and Portmantea
 
Syrixia votes to invite Eirennea, but not Portmantea, as Portmantea is a royal colony of Guslantis and Guslantis is already invited.
 
All of the current members have voted.
The result is this:
For Eirennea: 5
Against Eirennea: 0
For Portmantea: 4
Against Portmantea: 1

I ask the chairman James Dolan, to decide what to do with the invitees.
1, You can sign the invitation both of the two countries.
2, You can sign just one of the invitation (in this case you have to specify who is that)
3, You can make the community hold the election again.
 
Since Portmantea is a royal colony of Guslantis, I will be admitting Guslantis since they own Portmantea. I will also admit Eirennea.
 
Lorbank doesn't support Guslantis's invitation.
If there will be an election, I will support only Portmantea's invitation, because Guslantis doesn't lie on the isle of Caltania.
 
Portmantea belongs to Guslantis as a colony! They are part of the Guslant nation. Guslantis is eligible.
