To all whom it may concern:

With the outbreak and conclusion of the Great War that involved the nation’s of Syrixia, Kannex, Nebula and Cronnal (among others), The Forum has recalled both Sonia Caesittia (the Confederation Ambassador for the Helmebaine Alliance) and Alexio Oriza (the Confederation Ambassador for the Faibuaizu Alliance) home to Garran de a Tri.

While we had been monitoring the various communication channels throughout the course of the war there are occasional messages that our Intelligence Community may miss. Having that said, there has been new evidence that came to light that has forced us into the decision of recalling two of our Ambassador’s. This evidence was brought forward by Guslantis, a fellow member of the North Pacific Treaty Organization and mainly centered around a Fluttr message from the Prime Minister of Syrixia, which can be seen below:

After a brief discussion in Parliament, Syrixia has decided to attempt to stop this conflict. While we commend Rhuvanland for standing up to Nebula, we can tell this will soon erupt into a greater war and will not be risking this. Upon consultation with Corie Desiuso, the Confederation Ambassador for the North Pacific Treaty Organization and its current Deputy Chairman, we have found zero evidence of the Syrixians ever approaching the NPTO and utilizing the Peacekeeping Forces. Even more damning is the fact the Syrixian Ambassador to the NPTO (Shaw Atlas) was the Commander in Chief of the NPTO Peacekeeping Forces until suspended.

As such, instead of utilizing the peacekeeping forces at their command through the NPTO, the Syrixians turned to the Helmebaine Alliance members which eventually led to a major escalation of war and in turn a huge loss of life. While the Confederation chose to not get involved, we are saddened and outraged at the outcome that this disregard for peace and diplomacy has led to. This cannot stand! The Forum and The Confederation will no longer stand idly by while peace and freedom are subjugated by an ever growing presence of warmongering.

As Membres Dels Nou of the Forum d’Entesa we have temporarily suspended our operations within both the Helmebaine Alliance and Faibuaizu Alliance until a full meeting can be held between the Council, the E Rima Nga Kaiwhakawa, the Praeses Sapientia, the Aquilia Concilium and ourselves here in Garran de a Tri. Both Sonia and Alexio are on a fully paid leave of absence until this matter is resolved.

Greetings, honorable Forum d'Entesa of Kalti.

As we have said in the past, Nebula has made errors that helped lead to this war, such as the puppetry of North Cronaal and its various expansionist operations. However, we cannot deny Syrixia has also made errors as well, such as its lack of contact with NPTO and its quick intervention wherever Nebula struck. Both sides now have a sound obligation to make sure such a terrifying conflict never happens again. While we are not sure of the future intentions of Nebula, Syrixia is ready and willing to help. In the post-war world, it is vital this never happens again. We have seen progress already. The Faibuaizu Alliance failed, or possibly downright refused to help Nebula during the War. The Helmebaine Alliance, as well, is now working on reforms based on the Just War Theory. But this quest transcends the alliances and organizations present on Eras. Syrixia is interested in negotiations for the creation of a single united world tribunal of nations, of which all nations are a part of. This tribunal would be a forum to discuss and do diplomacy, to ensure war never occurs again. The boundaries between organizations and alliances have split the world. There is exclusion. There is war. Now, with the Auburn Festival in full swing, what better time to found this? The North Pacific Treaty Organization, the Democratic Union, the Faibuaizu and Helmebaine Alliances; they split the world. We must unite! We must create a World Assembly. Only then will the quest be complete.

Where were the Kaltians when Rhuvanland came under attack? Where were our Helmebaine ally Kalti when Rhuvish men, women, and children fell victim to Nebulan bullets and missiles? And when the mad Cronaalis came and spread their terror among the Rhuvish, or when the Mad Queen allowed her country to sink into destruction and despair, the Empire of Kannex did not see the Kaltians. Indeed, the Kaltians sat with their hands under their asses, unwilling to help a brother, an ally. The Syrixians intervened in the Great War because enough innocent Rhuvishmen had died at the hand of foreigners. They honored their pledge. Kalti, it seems, would rather see the world destroyed a million times over before they lift a finger because of their so-called "love for peace."

To the Kannexian Liberal Party,

You are getting our 'love for peace' mixed up with the 'will of the people'. While the Federation would have gladly sent the Royal Confederation Forces in and helped, both Andalucia and Callaici voted overwhelmingly against intervening in a foreign war. Unless my colleagues and I are in near unanimous support of a proposition that is backed by all people's of the Confederation, we cannot and will not intervene on the foreign stage.

As The Faibuaizu Alliance, the reason why most or all of us didn't help Nebula, because Nebula never did propose a proposal all of the members of the alliance to intervene in the war, also in The Faibuaizu Treaty didn't require all the members to intervene in the war but encourage to do it. However, most of us didn't want to intervene at all, so we decide only do provide material supports to Nebula, due the fact the treaty require all the member to provide material supports to Nebula:

Here's the part of the treaty what we are reference to:

Section V: Defense

1. Members are required never to declare war on other members.
2. Members are encouraged never to declare war on non-members.
3. Any non-member at war with any member is required to cease hostilities with all members upon becoming a member.
4. Members are encouraged to provide land to all other members for the use of a military base.
5. Members are required to provide material assistance to any member at war with a non-member.
6. Members are required to provide no material assistance to any non-member at war with a member.
7. Any member at war with a non-member is encouraged to propose to this Alliance to declare war on that non-member.
8. The proposal is required to pass with a two-thirds majority.
9. In the case of civil war, the government or government-in-exile which fulfills the above membership requirements is considered a member, while any other government or government-in-exile of a member nation-state is considered a non-member.

Also in fact, Nebula didn't need our help (They partly requested it) at all at first and possible never, because again they never proposal proposal for The whole Faibuaizu Alliance to intervene at all:

We do not demand that other nations declare war, but we would appreciate military support of you are capable of giving it.

We as The United States of New Sekai, we did doubling our material support and giving them for free to Nebula, and did impose a economic embargoes and sanctions. Aswell, we did advice the rest of The Faibuaizu Alliance to do the same:

If we remember, The only thing Nebula did request to The Faibuaizu Alliance, they requested the members of the alliance, to provide them a discount sale on warships and aircrafts. Due the fact Kannex were able to destroy it:

However, late in the war. Nebula did request to The Faibuaizu Alliance, they requested most of the members of the alliance (Except New Sekai and Kalti due the fact we were in The Helmabaine alliance, and still in it.) to propose a embargo against Rhuvanland: (Which we did remove our economic embargoes and sanctions against them, before we join The Helmabaine Alliance.)

As Nebula is currently in a state of de facto war with Rhuvanland, we would like to propose an embargo against them. Obviously New Sekai and Kalti will be unable to partake, but they will be exceptions.

We as The United States of New Sekai, we sent 1,000 crisis response troops to do our own operations in Rhuvanland to restore peace and maintain peace. However, we didn't done any military operations in Rhuvanland due to the fact again we in The Helmabaine Alliance.
