OOC Lakeside Conference

Alright so I posted the OP for the conference. We had some discussion for this on IRC yesterday but I don't remember too much of what was said. Anyone is free to send a delegation and start up conversations, but please don't just interject your point into the topic when we're going over something else. Oh also, I would like people who are attending to just send a notice to my government that they are doing so, don't just arrive out of nowhere. Also don't make this violent or anything, no one should be carrying a bomb or some shit.
