Moderation Discussion and Global Moderator Appointment
The board of administrators are currently participating in ongoing discussions relating to the applicants for the position of Global Moderator. At this time, we have reached a consensus to make some changes while our other discussions remain ongoing. The first part of this announcement is to inform the board users, that the administrators have agreed to reinstate the previous system of processing reported posts and PM's. Those who are responsible for moderating various forums according to their government position (i.e. Speaker, Court Justices, Cabinet) will once again participate in discussions relating to the handing out of warnings. It should be stated that the process will not be one that involves voting or majority decision making in all circumstances. Moderation discussion will be used to help the Administrators reach a community based consensus about a decision, but the final decision on any warning will remain with the Administrators.
Finally at this time we are pleased to announce that LORD RAVENCLAW has been appointed a Global Moderator. We believe that Lord Ravenclaw will serve very well in this role. All new appointments to these positions will be under a probationary period of 4 months. The discussions remain ongoing at this stage, we will update the forum community when further decisions are made.
