Sytarennian Department Seals

I'm trying to make seals for the Departments of Sytarenne. I want to make it look pretty detailed like the US ones are
Does anyone know how to make those types of seals?

So far, I can only make crappy ones like the UK seals:

By the way, I changed the demonym. Sytariot just sounds weird.

I personally liked Sytariot better for its uniqueness rather than Sytarennian, but to each his own. The seals are pretty nice.

You can also call a person Sytariot. It's like calling a Scottish person a Scot.
