Since the PC chairman seems to be nowhere to be found, I've opened a thread for the discussion of Guslantis' application.

Despite the fact that Guslantis invaded a sovereign nation unprovoked, much has changed since then. I feel that Guslantis has come far over these few years. I believe that they will show the wisdom and restraint necessary for stewardship of the NPTOFF on the Peace Councilor.

Eumenor agrees that Guslantis has come a long way and that they were instrumental in setting up this organisation. It also recognises the need for more PC members. In this way, we approve of their application.
