I need help making a map for my nation!!!

I would need help making a map for True Sebland, but I don't know how. I also don't know any good program that I could make it in!

MS Paint is pretty good.

How detailed a map are you wanting?

Something like Plembobria's or Syrixia's map.

Those wouldn't be too difficult to create and I might help you once it's placed on the map and official.
