Past RP OOC

Before claiming your area? So is this now alternate history since our areas are defined by our nations?

Also, it's probably not the best to determine people's climate for them, and somewhat sporadically it seems. Climate is probably in the realm of the cartography team and I believe they're planning a climate map. Also, most people probably understand that it's cold in the north and gets warmer as you go south.
 
I'm too lazy to make yet another map for RP. Just assume my claim is my modern RP nation's territory.

I just finished a conlang for this RP, by the way.
 
No, this is not an alternate history. We are just creating the history of TNP because there was no official RP about that, and the RP will shape up Modern-Day TNP.
 
To be fair, since this is outside of the normal modern-tech canon that we usually RP in, it's up the discretion of each player whether they want to include this in.

I'm just here for the ride. When can we begin?
 
With the new continents here, I'm guessing we should find and colonize them in the 1500s. Currently, we can only communicate with the Old World
 
That would affect the histories of those areas. I'm not sure that's a good idea, given those areas will be claimed by future players.

How about this, we have characters in each player's culture? Like I have a character in your Castian Empire, and we do a Castian RP according to how you imagine your history.
