All members of the NPTO Assembly may apply to be a councilor using the following application:

Nation's head of goverment and/or head of state: Sens? Ky?ki The King.
NPTO ambassador: Sens? Ky?ki.
Reason for applying to the Peace Council: We want to maintain and promote peace across The North Pacific.
Kinds of operations of the Peacekeeping Forces that you would approve of: We approve all peacekeeping operations, if its seemed to the legitimate government want to maintain peace.
Kinds of operations that you would disapprove of: We disapprove the peacekeeping operations, if its seemed to the legitimate government not/not showing maintain peace.
Kind of executive policy that you would disapprove of: We disapprove the executive policies, if its seemed to be putting the risk of maintaining peace.

Nation's head of government and/or head of state: Ethan Archer

NPTO ambassador: Meghan Trainor

Reason for applying to the Peace Council: We believe that the increasing level of violence between nations recently must be stopped. Since our founding, we have maintained a neutral standpoint on all international conflicts, and one of our core principles is the maintenance of peace, at home and abroad. We believe that in joining this Council and overseeing the Peacekeeping Forces, we will be able to get more involved in maintaining peace between nations, which in turn ensures peace within our nation.

Kinds of operations of the Peacekeeping Forces that you would approve of:

Invasions into a sovereign nation are acceptable to is, if that nation's actions warrant such an invasion. I believe nation's actions should ONLY warrant invasion by the Forces if they threaten the peace of the international community. We also believe that intervention in a sovereign nation without their consent is usually not needed, however, we are okay with doing so if it ensures the peace and well-being of other NPTO nations.

Kinds of operations that you would disapprove of:

If a nation's actions do not harm the peace of the international community, there should be no reason for the Peacekeeping Forces to invade. I would disapprove of any operations that are solely for the purpose of expressing their dismay at a nation, and any operation that could cause harm to other NPTO nations.

Kind of executive policy that you would disapprove of:

If the Executive were to establish a policy that allows him to get away with things that otherwise would be illegal under the charter, I would not be okay with it.
 
Nation name: The Monarchy of Guslantis
Nation's head of goverment and/or head of state: His Royal Majesty, King Hilley of Guslantis
NPTO ambassador: Duchess Leah M. Charles of Augustus Town
Reason for applying to the Peace Council: Guslantis has had a tough past. The Cabinet, while usually peaceful, is very much influenced by the Guslant military, which is large and willing to prove dominance. However, in recent years, figures such as the King and Governor Nowe have been strong-willed enough to hold back the fighting and keep Guslantis as a neutral nation.
Kinds of operations of the Peacekeeping Forces that you would approve of: Peacekeeping operations should be those where you don't really have to be concerned about casualties to the forces. If you have to think about how many peacekeepers will be killed, you probably shouldn't send a team.
Kinds of operations that you would disapprove of: War situations. NPTO is a peace organization, so anyone fighting under a NPTO flag should not be a combatant in a war.
Kind of executive policy that you would disapprove of: Policies that make it easier on the executive to declare war and get away with it, amendments to the Preamble, and overall corruptive policies.

NPTO ambassador: Kaiya Natsuo (sister to the Emperor)
Reason for applying to the Peace Council: To keep peace and help stop wars that kill millions.
Kinds of operations of the Peacekeeping Forces that you would approve of:Anything to stop civils wars or any wars.
Kinds of operations that you would disapprove of: Anything that involves doing things against the countries will.
Kind of executive policy that you would disapprove of:Currupt policies that could possibly start a war.
