This is not a speech because I don't generally think I'm good at them.

This is a notice to say that I am assuming the office of Delegate and the entailed responsibilities, and will be implementing my platform as discussed in my campaign.

I'm holding applications for Ministerial roles, to be concluded with the month.

My only concern is you keeping the Ministry of Entertainment, which is silly. It reduces the Ministry of Culture to an almost nothing ministry, with the MoE itself barely more than a 'tough luck old bean' gift from Tomb to Lore over the whole Cascadia appointment.

All it does is just dilute the Culture Ministry.

I agree that the Ministry of Entertainment is a little pointless, and I also agree it has stripped the purpose of the Culture Ministry to almost nothing.

Since you now have settled upon keeping the Ministry of Entertainment - despite saying in your appointments you look forward to Cascadia's stewardship of "our culture and entertainment" - could you clarify just why you chose to keep it?

Crap, I intended to have parallel language in the statement regarding appointing Lord Lore, but forgot it.

In any case, the things I want the Culture and Entertainment Ministries to be doing are related but not the same. The work that you, Lord Lore, and the RP Moderators do is quite significant enough, and I do not wish to burden Lord Lore with the other responsibilities I am tasking Cascadia with.
