Did you get my latest response to my PM concerning Andalucia? You should read it, it stages an important argument.
I saw, I was playing catch up today as I had been busy all weekend and the RP is currently on break until tomorrow. Anyways, part of why I'm hesitant to change or add in yet another tribe is that I am already dealing with a lot of people. That and I had originally designed this scenario to create a unique and special back story for the Kaltian nation with an open invitation to other nation's to join the expedition and learn more about one of The North Pacific's nations.

That's what I was saying; by pinpointing the origins of Demhakar, Syrixia would have the utmost incentive to join the expedition. And as I said, you wouldn't need to elaborate much concerning the Demhakaris. They were isolated and only came into knowledge of the other tribes during the last days of the war.

I pose two statements to you then:

1) How do you propose introducing the Demhakar when I specifically wrote the history of the war as having only two groups of survivors, the barbaric savages and the Tir na Andalucians. The entire war consumed and destroyed the Antorian and Monecian civilizations (and most of the land due to salting and fires that destroyed crop stores / forests that provided sustenance). Those that did flee either turned to cannibalism / savagery after food became scarce or ended up in the mountains eking out a very harsh life.

2) I already have written the framework of adding Tir na Andalucia to the Confederation of Kalti as a Protectorate and later as a Free State. If I do add Demhakar, do keep in mind that I am not splitting the territory. I started out this whole RP territorial expansion with the intent of adding the Kaltian, Antorian and Monecian homelands to the Confederation under the name Tir na Andalucia. Though for obvious RP purposes, I did throw in a few twists and turns to keep the scenario from becoming boring and stale.

As an addendum to Statement 1, that is the whole key to wrapping up my scenario. The Kaiwhakawa's are going to say yes on the condition that the Kaltians clear out the plains and coastal area of the savages. What will be found during that cleanup are skeletal remains of ancient Antorians and Monecians from either a skirmish or from fleeing / perishing from lack of food. I do not have any plans at the moment of adding in the Kaltians finding non-savage survivors as that type of situation would extend the scenario past the point that I want it to go.

1. The Demhakaris were isolated and rarely met up with other tribes, which only became slightly less true during the war. History could have easily forgotten them.

2. The territory could easily be big enough for both of us, if it pleases the map gods. Demhakar before arrival in Syrixia was small; Kalti would gain the majority of the land.

Edit: The entire concept behind Andalucia (in turn the Antorians and Monecians) has been around as long as I have been on NationStates with Kalti. I just never acted on it or expanded on it until now when I felt it was time to actually delve into the particular details of my nation's early history. At this point in time it would look / sound a little ridiculous to suddenly have a tribe of people pop up out of nowhere with little / no historical record or precedent.

There's absolutely a precedent.

1. It'd further good relations between Syrixia and Kalti.

2. It'd explain the origins of the Demhakari people, who later became the Syrixians.

Also, the point of there being little historical record of them is that they were isolated from the other tribes, and were only found out recently. We can elaborate when needed.
