I believe that the above action has violated the following portion of the Speaker's Office Standing Procedures:

Clause 5:

No proposal may be introduced that includes changes to more than one document, except by special permission of the Speaker.

I believe that it has violated the Standing Procedures in the following way: No permission was explicitly given by the Speaker of the Regional Assembly, or by the Acting Speaker of the Regional Assembly in my absence.

This action has specifically violated my right to: approve and disapprove changing multiple documents.
It has violated my right in the following way: By not getting permission from either of the two before moving it into formal debate, the results of the vote should be invalid, and a violation of the Standing Procedures.
