Request to the delegate

Formal request to the delegate:

I have a request for review before the court concerning the conduct of the election commissioners in the last justice election. Since there is now no justice who is not recused, please could the delegate appoint THOs who are able to judge this matter objectively?

Thank you for your request, Flem. I had picked three THOs and they were ready to serve at the time you cast your R4R, but Former Justice Funkadelia decided to not rescue himself, as you have witnessed, and plans changed. Right now, one of my original choices has confirmed that he will be able to be a THO, and Bootsie and I will work to appoint two others as soon as possible (by Wednesday at the latest.)
