How to Make Vector Seals

I've made a few seals for some organizations here in TNP. Several months ago I was looking for a tutorial for making officials seals. I found this tutorial. That's also how I discovered NationStates. True story. Anyway, it's an excellent tutorial, so I've posted a link here.

Inkscape is a neat little program! Beats the crap out of making vector seals with Photoshop.
