KGB Embassy Request

How should I go about this. Thoughts?

I see no reason for why we shouldn't accept them. I checked their RMB, current embassies, and their forum and they seem to be pretty active.

So you may accept their forum-based embassy application.

I have citizenship there. It partially active from the look of it. The legislative is seemingly mostly active while certain Ministries require some hands on attention. They also have a reasonably active citizenry, plus I know their Prime Minister if that is of any use

But just to put it out there, there has been some sort of diplomatic problems between KGB and BI recently.
