I support Malvad's admission to the SC. He has been a member for quite a few years now and I believe he is trustworthy and active.

Out of curiosity, why do we need a few more active people in the SC? I thought part of the point of SC membership was to *not* be active since you have to park your nation and let it just sit. Unless you think our elected delegates plan to go rogue...

I don't *think* our elected delegates plan to go rogue, but I do think it's our obligation to be prepared for the situation wherein they do.
