[Private] Current Policies

Hi all.

I'm not sure if policy in general has changed since the last time I sat on the bench. Is *any* Justice allowed to address issues taken to the court, or should we wait for the Chief Justice to reply? The particular example I'm referencing here is Flemingovia's request. I would like to post a reply but I'm not sure if that would be stepping out of turn.

As I understand it, until a Justice claims it, any Justice can address the issues.
