This is a closed thread between Malvad and Bootsie.

A Thomas Air flight had retrieved the Malvadian delegation from Modino Maro at daybreak. After a very long flight the plane arrived in Guslantis at twilight. The Ambassador to Guslantis and the Representative to the NPTO met the Chancellor and Foreign Minister on the tarmac of the airport. The Chancellor and Minister exited the plane and walked towards the ambassadors.

The Chancellor walked forward and greeted the two men, "Walter! It's been too long since we last saw each other."

Ambassador Granite replied sharply, "Most definitely too long Chancellor. You should come visit and stay after your term ends."

"I will consider your offer Walter. And of course it is nice to see you again too Lennon. I'm glad you made it here safely."

Representative Bowers spoke, "Thank you Chancellor. I am also glad to see you in good health."

Minister Johnson interrupted the men, "Gentlemen it is nice to see you all again but I believe we need to get moving. We need to get into the city."

Two people appeared behind them and one spoke, "Yes we need to keep moving. Can't always trust foreign lands."

The Minister jumped. She turned around to see the man. "Oh Adrian! Don't scare me like that."

"Sorry Minister. Hello ambassadors. I am the interim Intelligence and Security Director, Adrian Powers and this is Minister of Defense Alice Meyers. We are here to check on Guslantis security after the recent issues with Cronaal. Guslantis is a security priority for our nation."

Ambassador Granite Began to direct them, "The car is this way. I was unaware that the MISA Director and Minister of Defense were joining us but we can rearrange some accommodations. Now please, let us go to the embassy. The Guslants will arrive to speak to us in the morning."

The Malvadian embassy was luckily located in East Pigletville, so when the Malvadians arrived at the embassy, it was still intact, unlike the embassies in the Western part of the city, which were still being reconstructed. Minister Jordan Tucker, who organized the event, greeted the arrivals at the embassy, along with Minister of Finance, Greg Baldwin.

"Welcome to Guslantis. It seems like you always come after a war has happened to our country, and more specifically, this city. I promise there will be a time where you'll see Pigletville as the beautiful city she is," joked Minister Tucker.

Minister Tucker forgot that Minister Baldwin was new, and introduced him.

"This is Minister Baldwin, Minister of Finance. He was appointed as Beier's successor after the situation at Beier Manor," explained Jordan.

"Nice to meet you, I hope our two nations can produce one of the finest treaties of all time," replied Baldwin in his deep voice as he shook the Malvadians' hands.

Minister Tucker quickly took out his tablet and showed it to the Malvadians.

"We are able to have all five Ministers, our army generals, and our monarchs on call thanks to our GusNet Video Chat service. I do hope that doesn't bother you," said Tucker, leading the Malvadians inside.

Ambassador Granite spoke for the Malvadian delegation. "It is excellent to see you Minister Tucker. Last I saw you was at the Pigletville Ball. I think I yelled at you." He laughed a bit. "Anyway, it is good to see you are still with us after the whole situation with Cronaal. Which reminds me. Our security director has requested that he be given a briefing on the Cronaali situation. Our intelligence department has been unable to gain any significant information. We also would like a briefing on your recent government restructuring. If it is at all possible." He turned to the finance minister. "Minister it is a pleasure to meet you. I also hope we create one of the best treaties we can. Oh and this GusNet video is excellent. It is good that we can meet with everyone."

The two ministers laughed and led the Malvadians inside. When they entered the meeting room, the GusNet video guests were already connected and we're having conversation between themselves. "You can't win something by war, Emily, diplomacy will always come first in the hearts of the Guslants!" explained Minister Charles to General Akerman. "Please, all you diplomats ever do is pose and wave!" countered Akerman. King Hilley interrupted the two, and beckoned all to greet the delegation. "Hello everyone, please have a seat. Welcome to my glorious city of Pigletville! I assume you have things that you want to be met. As the guests, I know you want to present first," said the king, waiting for the delegation to present what they want in the treaty.
