I, DrowMerchant, High Chancellor of The Federation of Coldera, am honored to pen this letter as a memorial of uniting with you, the proud member nations of The North Pacific, in what the people of Coldera hope to be a lasting and mutually prosperous relationship. Like so many that have come before, The Federation of Coldera, currently experiences the adversities of establishing something as precious as a nation. Our people are few in number but are strong of will, heart, and possess a resilience becoming of the principles of which our nation has been founded.

We look forward to joining with our member nations in the coming days, weeks, months, and years; working to better all of our nations, our region, and our world.

I am Tomb, the current Minister of Home Affairs. This is one of the best regions that one could end up in whether you were founded here or migrated to us. In here we have a huge multicultural community that likes to play NationStates and that has interests in a wide variety of areas including:
