This application will be discussed for a minimum of two days. A vote will be scheduled when once the minimum discussion period has passed, and once a motion for a vote has been made and seconded.
 
Because I have serious reservations about his ability to work collegially in the setting of the Security Council, and in view of a recent and ongoing discussion that I am not satisfied with, I cannot support this application.

A concern of mine as well, as I have been on the receiving end of some less than enjoyable posts. However, I have no doubt that he would perform his duty on the SC with the highest level of competence and diligence. I support his admission to the council.
