Subject: Reorganizing of diplomacy security.
Deat Patrice Hossam.
After a recent restructuring of our armed forces we'd like to inform you that the security configuration at our embassy has been changed. The security will from now on be handled by the Royal Embassy Guards. As a result of the restructuring we have come to the conclusion that we do not need war-equipped soldiers to guard our embassies. Their only mission is to guard the embassy. We will therefore remove most military equipment from the embassy security forces. The guards will from now on only be equipped with ceremonial K98k's, sidearm and pepper spray. This is both to reduce maintenance costs, but also out of respect for the host nation. We will not contribute to internal insecurity with having war-equipped soldiers in the midst of a major city.
Sincerely
Morten Johansen, head ambassador
Ole Gundersen, vice ambassador
