Preamble
The Republic of Malvad and the Most Serene Republic of Syrixia, hereafter referred to as Malvad and Syrixia or the signatories, establish this document to serve as an agreement of friendship and cooperation between our two nations. Both nations will work for the betterment of the other and continue to support the implementation of this treaty.

Article I. Friendship
Malvad and Syrixia acknowledge their common interests in promoting peace, freedom, and democracy throughout The North Pacific. Our two nations have worked together in recent times and have formed a friendship between our leaders and through them our people. Malvad and Syrixia pledge to support the actions of the other and continue to promote our unique friendship through working together in international organizations and sending delegations to the other for continued negotiations and discussions.

Article II. Economic Cooperation
Malvad and Syrixia pledge to decrease restrictions on trade between each other and work towards a free trade agreement. Both nations will also continue to cooperate in the Greater North Pacific Trade Agreement and work to decrease trade barriers within the organization and throughout the region.
Malvad and Syrixia will offer economic support to each other during times of crisis and disaster. In accordance with this, Syrixia will provide economic and infrastructural support to Malvad to assist with the rebuilding efforts in the cities of Tiraspol and Malvadiana and other damaged areas from the Free Malvad Revolution. Syrixia and Malvad will also open a joint cultural center in the city of Vienna to assist with cultural redevelopment. Syrixia will also work to develop the destroyed fortress city of Viccea/Nadalia as a museum and memorial center with support from the Malvadian government. Malvad will support Syrixia in hard times as payment and within accordance of this treaty.

Article III. Military Cooperation
Malvad will enter into the Compact of Free Association with Syrixia. This will help satisfy economic support and the need for Syrixian military bases. Malvad and Syrixia will establish military bases in each other's territory, along with at least two joint bases in each nation. Malvad and Syrixia will cooperate in future military operations that benefit both nations. Malvad and Syrixia will participate in joint military exercises and establish a joint training program to further improve each military.
Both nations will establish joint celebrations of the militaries. They will celebrate those who currently serve, those who have served, and those who have passed, whether in service or after. The celebrations will serve as times of remembrance and honor in both nations.

Article IV. Scientific Cooperation
Malvad and Syrixia will enter into a scientific research agreement. A joint facility will be established in both nations with research determined by a team of scientists, general researchers, contractors, and officials. Analysts will also be sent from each nation to the other to study the findings and work of each nation’s scientific research.
Malvad and Syrixia will work to establish an international scientific organization to benefit the region. Research can be shared and new projects and plans can be created. This will promote science and general cooperation throughout the region.

Article V. Ambassadorial Exchange
Malvad and Syrixia will work to keep each other's respective Malvadian and Syrixian embassies in satisfactory shape, and will work on sending skilled bona fide ambassadors to such embassies. Malvad and Syrixia may replace their respective ambassador in whatever means necessary by their nation's individual laws.
The treaty hereby recognizes James McGeal as the first Syrixian ambassador to Malvad and Lord Alfred Benjamin as the first Malvadian ambassador to Syrixia. The treaty shall also recognize the successors of these ambassadors if Mr. McGeal and/or Lord Benjamin are replaced.

Article VI. Amendment
This treaty can be amended if both signatories give support to the amendment.

Article VII. Ratification
This treaty will come into effect after both signatories ratify it through their respective means of ratification. For continuity purposes, all successor governments of the signatories are binded to this treaty.

Article VIII. Dissolution
This treaty can be dissolved if one signatory supports its dissolution. Each signatory is encouraged to first exhaust all other means of diplomacy.
