To Nation Applicant:
Foreign Nations wanting to apply for an embassy with The Dominion of Malma must follow the basic rules for an embassy. The basic rules for having an embassy with in The Dominion of Malma is, the embassy personnel must not have firearms or explosives and if they require firearms(explosives are illegal), the embassy must apply for a firearms licence by stating it below. Second, the embassies government must not pose a threat to the safety and security of The Dominion of Malma, the Government of Malma, and it's people. The Government of Malma has the right to deport the embassy personnel including the ambassador, if the embassy or the embassies government pose a threat to National Security. Third, your nation will go through a security screening and your policies and if your government does not match the basic principals of The Dominion of Malma your application will be rejected. Fourth, you must not have any foreign intelligence operatives in The Dominion of Malma, officially. Fifth, the Government of Malma will require you to have one of our embassies in your nation and you must allow it diplomatic immunity, we will also allow your embassy personnel, diplomatic immunity.
If we, as The Dominion of Malma, have sent you a request to set up diplomatic relation with, (ie. Embassy, Trade office, Ect.), you are exempt from sending us and Embassy Application and all you have to do is say; yes we accept your application to establish diplomatic relations with. Please include your embassy information, ie, ambassador and other information, your consulate information, ie, consulate general and other information, and your trade office information.
Your Embassy and Ambassador will be under the protection of the Royal Malman Police's Diplomatic Protection Service.
We will send you the location of your embassy, all embassies will be located within Neming, our capital.
