Reccomendation Drafting: Anti-Counterfeiting Pact

So, for the recommendation, I obviously think we ought to encourage TNP to vote for.

As author, I'm biased, but I think its important to point out to voters that, while nations are unable to counterfeit, they receive both protection from other nations' counterfeiting, as well as support from the WANA in improving their security as well as stopping counterfeiting operations that harm their nations.

Its also important to point out to our more war-mongering friends out there that this ban on counterfeiting is lifted for times of war, which allows a valuable tool of warfare to be available.

I'm trying to get myself more active on the recommendation drafting now that I'm traveling for work less!

Note for the record that, following this discussion, we'll be doing recommendation drafting publicly, in the same thread as voting. So I'd encourage you to post the same there.

It's just that, since the discussion I linked, we haven't had any GA resolutions come anywhere close to quorum . So this is our first opportunity to test the new model.
