I would like to request the declassification and release of the Executive Council meeting log from November 29th, 2012.

I can provide the material directly to the Delegate and/or Court for review, on request.
 
As with the other, because there is no longer any security or other regional purpose to keeping it classified, in my view.

It's a hole in the record of that period which we don't need.

The arabophilic pedant in me is obliged to point out that the motto was in Farsi, not Arabic, and that one should not simply trust the word of google translate when it comes to this kind of thing. :P
