TNP Government Convention​

I have been pondering a way to contribute to TNP that could be lasting. As I have no creativity whatsoever I decided to make a proposal for an additional part of the TNP government. Here it is.

The TNP Government Convention would be a political "get togther".
The convention would be a place where problems, suggestions and requests would be brought up so all government heads can discuss it and make a decision on it. The convention would have the Delegate, Vice Delegate, Head of the TNP Army, Head of each departments (ex: culture) and diplomats if foreign policy is at discussed at the convention.

This convention would be held once or twice a month and posted on the forum and the region page.

We already have the Regional Assembly for this kind of functions. It is a standing body, and everyone in the Assembly can bring proposals along the lines of what you mentioned at any time they want :) .
