We, the undersigned, would question whether the Election commissioners are correctly interpreting what a Runoff ballot means, and we feel they are confusing "runoff" and "reopen Nominations".

Logically, a runoff ought to be between those... you know ... running off.

Wiki:

Runoff voting or Two-round system, a voting system used to elect a single winner, whereby only two candidates from the first round continue to the second round

My apologies once again.

There has been a confusion in reading the Election clause.

Please ignore this thread accordingly.

Signed

Election Commissioners

Voting will begin a day from now since this is a run off election, not reopened nominations.

A reminder that our current election laws state that a runnoff must begin WITHIN a day of the first vote ending.

"10. If a run-off vote is required it will begin within one day of the first vote ending and it shall last for five days."

EDIT: You may also wish to formally close the first ballot. You have posted the result, but not closed the ballot. Therefore, someone could vote now in the original ballot, or change their vote, and claim it was valid. Just sayin.
