[Private] TNP v. Jal

Romanoffia

Garde à l'eau!
Have you all been watching this case so far?

Treize_Dreizehn is being a total snot to the point of being disruptive. One more outburst of insults to the Court and I will find him in contempt.

He's attempting to create an aire of 'bias' by perpetually insulting me in the Pre-Trial phase as a bit of legal trickery and I will not tolerate it.

So be warned that if he insists upon continuing to insult the Court by casting aspersions upon it's impartiality, I will find him in contempt and 'remove' him from the court room.

Uh.. I don't think you have the power to do that. The Bill of Rights says that a defendant is entitled to any legal counsel they choose, and there's nothing in other areas of the legal code or in the adopted court rules that allows for either a finding of contempt or the removal of someone's counsel from trial proceedings.
