Q6: Improving the image of the NPA

Simple, in order to have a positive image you must crush all those who try and paint you in a negative light. The NPA will be the right fist of my tyrannical government, I will use it to attack all those who oppose us. I'm looking at you Lazarus.

I'm actually a bit offended anyone is suggesting that the NPA has a tarnished image. Gladio and Blue Wolf should be commended on their efforts to date.

The only thing I will potentially look into is having someone that will actively pursue defender missions and the like in the top levels of the military.

I think the NPA has an excellent image. As far as enhancing that image, I would start a recruitment campaign on the RMB with a link to a recruitment thread (with a changing graphic image recruitment 'poster' and other goodies) with a double intent of recruiting new NPA members and to help keep newer nations in the region (retention of nations).

As far as recruitment and retention of nations, we have to offer some kind of 'perk' or other enticement that will attract nations to join the NPA. Another idea I have for the NPA is to offer a real 'exchange program' where other allied regions can sent their military members to us for training - that alone could boost NPA numbers if not membership. Either way, it gets people to our forum and shows them what the NPA can do and offer.
