As an elector in the Regional Assembly, currently denied the ability to vote for my preferred candidate for Attorney general, I have standing.
I request that the court grant an injunction halting the process of nominations for the office of Attorney General for no more than one week, so that the issue of the validity of the candidacy of Gracius Maximus and Douria can be sorted out.
I would also request that the court issue a judicial ruling as to whether their candidacies were invalid under current electoral rules.
Please could this be done quickly? At least the injunction. we are sort of against the clock here.
