I have been here my fellow justices. We have a lot of work to do and no time to do it. I figured until the next judicial cycle we stay stagnate until the election. I intend to run again so we can fix these problems in our RL proceedings and create more speedy trials. Unfortunately I only had a month to get used to this system but if reelected we can get straight to work. I did not respond because I believe by the time it would be for me to construct would go over the election cycle and I did not wish to do. But thank you for believing in me and we shall see who the next justices are.
The judicial cycle is deceptively short. If you intend to allow things to stagnate at the end of a term, you will find you have no time to get anything done.
When you stand again, a lot of people are going to say "he came in with a lot of promises and lofty words, but once elected he was as much use as a chocolate fireguard."
I said to you when you were elected and became Chief Justice that you probably had one shot at impressing people.
Like I said before, I can reduce the procedural clutter and simplify the process in about an hour's work. But the biggest problem in the whole procedure no matter what procedure is used is the people participating (or not as the case may be) and getting the participants to obey the time line. But not to worry, as the next slate of justices will probably run into the same problems even if we are the next slate of justices.
