[Private] Court Review of RA membership rejection

DD was unlawful in admitting TD to the RA. End of.

The matter was decided by the RA and the applicant (not the application) was rejected by them.

The court should declare TD's acceptance invalid and state that any further application by TD should be considered by the RA as a whole.

I believe the actions of the VD were unlawful after I reviewed the evidence.
If an applicant can just apply for RA membership every time there is a switch up in the government, TNP would have a lot of security treats.
Nonetheless the VD went against Tnps decision as a whole, and this shall not happen again. So I believe we should construct a law the protects Tnp from this ever occurring again.

We are not in the business of constructing laws. That is the RA's job. Our job it to see whether current laws have been used correctly.

We can suggest to the RA, but it is up to them to legislate.

Yes Flem, that what's i meant, I believe we could advocate for a bill to be constructed to prevent this. I also believe no law was broken by the VD, because their was no law preventing him from admitting TD to the RA. So how are we suppose to see if a law was being used correctly, when their was no specific law saying he couldn't of done it or else he wouldn't have done it?

I am not so sure that DD did not break any law. The RA rejected the applicant, not the application. I am not sure that for DD to overturn that is legal.

However, if you believe that then please write up a ruling and we will take a look at it. But remember we do not have long, as elections begin on 1st March.
