Under the stipulations of TNP's criminal code, the admin team is expected to inform the Government and Court if we observe someone using proxies.

While Lord Ravenclaw apparently continues to use his home IP, he has also been using a number of proxies.

As I understand it, forum administration intends to privately warn Lord Ravenclaw to discontinue this behavior, or face possible ban.

Are they anonymizing proxies and does he use those proxies in a deceptive manner?

I'd get a bit worried about anonymizing proxies in any circumstance, though. I'd ask him his reason for using a proxy just to satisfy curiosity. Could be a cross domain restriction issue from the particular network he is using.

He apparently is using an anonymization tool for his browsing on his main PC.

We've discussed ways to avoid using proxies on TNP's forums, and he intends to follow them as far as I can tell.
