My question is, is it illegal to leak stuff out of the Private RA Chambers?

I think we should reject this request based on our policy of not issuing advisory opinions. If you want to know if something is illegal, read the criminal code, ask a friend, and leave the court out of it. Thoughts?

I just remembered that any justice can accept or deny a request for review, so I went ahead and denied it.

That's what I would have done. My conclusion is that the Private Chambers are private and the contents essentially 'off the record', per se.
