Regarding the Oaths Amendment Bill

Regarding the Oaths Amendment Bill, I would like to ask what actions by a Regional Assembly member could be oath violations but not be criminal violations absent this bill?

Any action that contravenes a provision of the legal code, excepting those provisions that are in the criminal code.

Looking over the Legal Code, I was not able to easily find any law outside the Criminal Code which would mandate or prohibit actions by RA members who were not government officials.

Does anybody have any examples?

For example, if I propose to amend the bill of rights to place a nation outside the scope of the bill of rights, and persuade the regional assembly that this is the sensible, logical, reasonable thing to do in the interests of the region. That could be construed as an oath violation because in our society, it is not responsible action to subvert the rule of law in order ostracize somebody.

Another example, if I leak information to other players who are pursuing interests other than those of this region. That could be construed as disloyalty, which may be an oath violation.

Copying code and archives from the forum and putting them on another forum.

Compiling a list of personal e-mail addresses.

It's hard to think of examples.
