The Regressive/Imperial platform;

  1. All RA bills must contain a clause proclaiming Astarial the Empress.
  2. The RA will be made more efficient via the judicious use of forms. Each different type and stage of RA bill/motion/action will have it's own specific form - such as the #01627-A:Standard Recall Proposal Approval Form - which must be completed and submitted in triplicate. This process will reduce administration in the RA and allow us to refocus on our priorities. All forms will be easily accessible, and can be acquired via the submission of the #01419-B:Standard Form Request Form.
  3. A new RA rule will be added each day, without any concern or reference to the previous RA rules. Those not in full compliance will have their speech and voting rights suspended for a period of time determined by rolling a D20 each day.
  4. All RA business must receive prior approval by the Empress, gained via the #000000-A:Standard Empress Approval Request Form.
  5. The RA will halt five times a day to give adulation to the Empress for one hour. During these periods of worship a period of silence will be enforced on the RMB, IRC, and forums, with miscreants being punished with suspension of speech and voting rights for a period of time determined by rolling a D100 each day.
  6. The Empress shall be empowered to open or close all RA sessions at her own discretion and amusement.
  7. No legislation will be sent to the Delegate for signature without first receiving the seal of the Empress.
  8. A strict dress code of formal court dress and/or stripper uniforms will be enforced at all times within the RA.
  9. The Speaker shall be open to massive and blatant attempts at bribery.
 
That is one fine-looking platform. I am impressed.

Not all. I tend to avoid being in the executive/legislative/judicial branch in more than one region at a time for the obvious reasons, but as my only extant duties are executive I see no CoI.
 
You are simultaneously conducting a campaign for Attorney General with your Speaker bid. What if you win both, which one do you prefer, and do you think it's responsible to conduct two campaigns knowing you may have to immediately resign a position that legislators have worked hard to elect you to?

Should I win one or the other, then everything is fine and dandy. Should I win both then as Speaker I can ensure no recall proposal against me for either office ever gets to vote and as Attorney General can see to it that no criminal charges against me ever get anywhere, and can proceed to centralize more and more power in my own personage. So, again, everything would be fine and dandy.
