The Uxbridge English Dictionary is a favourite on Radio 4 in the UK (google it)

You take a word, and give a new definition for it, for example:

Mandrake: Half man; half duck

Marscapone: To hide a horse.

Paintings: Jamaican torture implements.

Pastoral: we have moved on from foreplay.

Some of them it helps to say out loud.
Any ideas to add?

I liked the idea of this thread, but it required a bit of thinking. I think I got a few while I was driving across the country...

Paradox: A nice set of khakis

and my favorite:

Cowardice: An insult said while hiding behind something.

I know I'm doing it wrong, but all I can think of is "stinkubus." It's completely made-up. It means the source of that bad odor, as in, "Mom found the stinkubus in the fridge at the bottom of the veggie drawer."
