Ator People has been pretty inactive for some time, and was last active administratively in June 2012. As part of changes to the admin team, it seems inappropriate to keep him on as admin.
I am sad to see this, since his coding skills were a useful addition to the team. Should he return to activity, I would welcome him back as admin.
