Political Events
- Aersoldorf has become the newest Minister on the Council of 9 with the retirement of MinnaCaroline as Immigration Minister. Aersoldorf, who has been serving as the Himes West Senator and running the XKI Lottery, will now lead the Ministry of Immigration. Thanks to Minna for her wonderful leadership and outstanding service as Immigration Minister. Good luck to Aerso leading the Immigration department as our new MOI!
-With Minna's retirement and Aerso becoming the new MOI, a special election will be held in May for the Himes West seat's remaining term.
- In addition, the seats for Blue Canaria North and New Republica South will be up for grabs.

-TITO Battles in April included: The Weast Pacific, Japan & Stargate, Iran 8, Italia 2, Juche Union, Continental Union, The Skeleton Army, Land of the Lads, East Pacific, Christmas 4, Iraq 6, The United Reddit Nations, and Turkish Islands.
-Very significantly in April: As part of a multinational force, the finest fighting force in NationStates took part in a week long effort to liberate The South Pacific. Wordy posted a speech in an award ceremony, but since this is not accessible to anyone except TITO members, it is quoted as follows:
At the end of April 2013 the Elected Delegate of The South Pacific turned rogue. He abolished the regional government, Forum and enlisted foreign support.
This marked the beginning of a Week long battle involving Allies of The South Pacific and Defenders from all over NationStates including TITO. During this time Milograd together with Durkistan and another un-named third party managed to purge the region of 3000 Nations.
TITO contributed Nations to the battle who returned again and again until the tide was turned. The continual effort slowly leached away any remaining influence the Rogue Delegate had until the final day when he could no longer afford the influence to ban any Nation in the region at update.
Due to the tireless efforts and continual support of TITO among many others The South Pacific was freed during a final liberation effort launched by the joint efforts of defenders and allies.
It is my great pleasure today to award all the TITO Nations that contributed to the week long operation and ultimate Victory.
