Well, we have finally arrived at the death of the Constitution and Legal Code and arrived at fiat government by arbitrary rule.

We now live in a region where unwritten laws can now over-ride the written Constitution and written Legal Code.

We are no longer a region governed by Constitution and Legal Code - we are now a region governed by Fiat and unwritten laws.

It would be funny in other circumstance. Well, it is funny.

Actually, this sort of fiat rule that flies in the face of the Constitution is not at all funny.

What is being set up is the very precedent that will be the ultimate downfall of this government.
