If elected delegate I promise to immediately break my oath of office and force the RA to recall me. Then creating a need to have a special election in which I will run on the same platform and with luck force us into an unending loop.

I'm really not trying or caring, I have no chance of ever winning a delegate election here but it is always fun to have Abstain as an actual person you can elect.
 
To add onto this, during the recall process I will also make a bunch of illegal delegate decrees, issues pardons that do nothing, and hand out meaningless awards. And everyone who votes for me gets a title.

For best results I suggest voting Abstain for delegate in the voting thread and then abstain in everything resulting from a completely harmless but silly time as delegate that will come from it. This will allow you to maximize you Abstaining potential and have the region set to accomplish nothing in the game at large thus making The North Pacific one giant force of abstain.
 
Iro: It saddens me the option has been placed there. It is obviously a trick put in place to prevent me from winning the election. Those in power for what will happen when the people decide they don't care what the government does anymore.

COE: Yes, there is a very good chance of it. If you do vote for someone else please make sure to educate your children on the dangers of not voting abstain.
