A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

NOTING that GA resolution #242 bans use of bio-weapons
(defined within resolution #242) for purposes other than research

POINTING OUT that The Empire of Emporia Towers has sold millions of dollars of chemicals for "Military Applications" to numerous WA and non-WA nations through the company Spaarti Biotechnology such as:
a. Human Immunodeficiency Viral Agent- A T-cell destroyer specifically designed to cripple the human immune system
b. Spaarti Neurotoxin- A neurotoxin that induces rapid muscle contractions that end in death

REALIZING that the storefront title "Military Applications" shows that it was know they would be used for illegal purposes, with some buyers even stating their military was buying them

SHOCKED at the government's inability to stop these sales

How did this reach Quorum?!?!
A) I see no evidence, and
B) The Nation is not even a WA member

EDIT: The Delegate has been doing an EXCELLENT job of maintaining WA proposals! :clap: :clap: :clap:
