This is to inform the cabinet of some changes that were made in moderation. It shouldn't affect anyone's actual powers, but should make it more consistent and easier when cabinet changes are made.
There are 4 areas that have been combined in moderative ability now. Culture, Communications, Foreign Affairs, and WA Affairs. This means that anyone assigned to the cabinet group can moderate those areas. NPA has been kept separate due to the sensitive nature of some of their forums.
It is hoped that if a minister goes missing/inactive, another minister can help out if it is necessary. Since all ministers serve at the pleasure of the delegate, if someone starts to abuse their powers in an area not their own I assume the delegate will take action.
