Let's face it, our justice system is, and always has been, an enormous pile of cack. Even bigger than this one:

and that is a very big pile of cack indeed.

If an infinite number of cows sat at an infinite number of typewriters for an infinite length of time, they would produce a smaller pile of cack than our court system. Although possibly they would end up having typed out the manuscript of "Hamlet", so it is not all loss.

Consistently the Fiqh has shown itself to be fairer, faster, more decisive than the Constitutional system. the Fiqh gets results.

The conclusion, therefore, is to put me in charge of everything. I won't do things the constitutional way; but you will get results in a time frame that will not take a geological time scale to measure.

What do I promise?

Summary judgements based on common sense.
Laughing in the face and spitting in the eye of anyone who submits "amicus Curiae" crap.
Tearing up the rule book and starting again, based on the Fiqh sysem
The promise that anyone who whines about it not being (boo hoo, boo hoo) constitutional can kiss my country ass.

5. "Candidates" are those citizens who declare themselves, or have accepted a nomination by another Assembly member preceding the close of nominations, as a candidate for an office to be chosen at that election. Candidates may only stand for one office during a given Election Cycle.

We would first have to certify you as having a multiple personality disorder first. But then again, the legal arguments amongst yourselves in deciding a case might be interesting enough to warrant a waiver of such a diagnosis. :lol:

How are you going to respond to the indictment submitted before the court that you have violated the Legal Code's election clauses ?

Thank you for pointing that out. I have carefully examined my election cycle, which is closely modelled on this one from Boris Johnson's London Mayor campaign:

I am pleased to be able to confirm that I will only be on one cycle at any given time during the election campaign, and while I hold all four offices.

I have tried multiple cycles, but I fall off.

My defence will be vigorous, complex and very lengthy.

It is early days yet, but i suspect my defence will be built around an image of two armadillos having sex, technical flaws in Iro's original indictment, my signature recipe for beef and mushrooms in Rubesco wine (served with potatoes, not pasta, naturally) and several youtuble clips of goats that sound like people.

Should the election commissioners submit evidence, I shall counter with the video of the sneezing panda, for obvious reasons.
 
The election commissioners are stonewalling my nomination, seemingly because they are "irritated". This seems to me a very poor reason for denying democracy, but i will let you be the judge of that.

The court has, wisely, decided not to take me on. considering that I have wrapped them into a pretzel in two recent hearings probably has something to do with that.

My campaign, however, will continue. So please feel free to ask questions.

My only question: Will you please go file charges against me for Election Fraud? I've been in TNP for months, haven't been charged with a crime yet, and I feel left out. Kthanxbai.

Should my nomination be blocked the loss will not be mine, it will be the regions.

I have no interest in joining a discredited system. the current court has made lofty noises about doing things better, but look at the result.

I have stated repeatedly that I am not interested in propping up a discredited system.

But even if I were, this is the last job I would be interested in. Current rulings have turned the role into an emasculated pencil pusher, who can exercise no discretion or intelligence in the role.

No than you. Elect me to all four jobs, and I will show you true reform. I am not enough of a twat to want just one of them.

TNP v Grosse has been postponed for Grosse's real life medical conditions which have not allowed him to be active on the forums. RL is always more important than this game and you continually degrading the Court because of it is ridiculous.

JAL got off because the Sedition Law was unconstitutional. Don't blame the Court for doing its job.
 
I am not "the admin" - just one of many. Your presence on the forum is, perhaps, evidence of that.

I am also not the only candidate to use strong language in their campaign, yet I am the only one you complain about. Interesting.

Finally, I have looked back over my posts, and I see no inaccuracies. If the vigour with which I point out inconvenient truth is seen as trolling by come, I apologise. This is, however, a campaign thread so a certain strength of argument is to be expected.
