I'm not going to run a massive campaign, because I don't really thing it's appropriate when running for a justice position. I have experience in previous judicial office in different regions, and I think by now I've become accustomed to TNP law.

Experience in the WA, as well as RL experience, has rendered me quite adept at reading legislation and understanding legal codes and the complexities therein.

So yeah, as always, if you feel I'd be good, vote for me.

Cheers.

How would you characterize the importance of precedent?
I think precedent is quite important, especially as everyone is equal under the law. If the facts of one case are the exact same or quite similar to the facts of a previous case, the previous opinion of the court should most definitely be referenced when deciding.

That being said, I don't think we should blindly apply the courts previous opinion in such a case. Careful consideration of the previous opinion, how it was reached, and above that the facts in the case before the court is paramount.

Why does your work in the World Assembly enable you an advantage over others in terms of codes of law?

What do you feel are your strongest and weakest points in regards to the law?

Finally, what do you feel are you greatest flaws?

To your first question, I think it has helped me with my scrutiny of the law to an extent. Understand the words of law, their intent, their spirit, any loopholes therein, etc. I've been in the WA for almost five years now so I'd like to think that stands to me.

On your second, I suppose my strongest points would be I'm able to read a piece of law and easily distinguish between valid/viable interpretations of it, and those that are just clutching at straws. My weak points, in this case, would be that I'm not intimately familiar with TNP law as others may be.

My greatest flaws? Well I'm arrogant, stubborn, and prone to being a little hasty.
