Alvino Castillon is a member of the North Pacific under the alias Almaniania. He joined the region and subsequently the Regional Assembly on October 24, 2012. In the past three months, he has worked with others to reinvent the Role Playing Community in the North Pacific, a process still in progress and going fairly well, has been selected for the role of Deputy Minister of Culture and Entertainment, and has assisted in the work of the current Minister of Culture and Entertainment. He has stood as a candidate for one Speaker election and one Executive Council election prior to this election.

Now, he is running in the February Executive Council election with the goal of becoming the next Minister of Culture and Entertainment. He has sponsored continuing the work of the current Minister (Kingborough), and has set the following agenda should he win:
1. Complete the transition of FAQs and expand on Role Playing FAQs available to read in the North Pacific.
2. Work with Role Players and the Ministry of Communications to make additions to the TNP Wire in the form of advertisements for different threads.
3. Continue the wonderful work of Kingborough in regards to assisting the North Pacific Role Playing Community in its growth.
4. Discuss the possibility of including a mentor program with the Delegate.
5. Work to have more discussion in the Real Life subforum.
6. Work with the Ministry of Communications to possibly create a "Cultural Weekly" Newsletter to give more attention to Culture and Entertainment in the North Pacific.

Hello! I'm Kingborough, candidate for the Co7 this January/February 2013. Hard to believe how fast time has passed but I've now been a member of TNP since August, having held some form of government office for most of my time in the region (first as Speaker and then Minister of Culture & Entertainment). Today I am aiming to be reelected as Minister of (hopefully) Foreign Affairs, and I'd like to outline some of my ideas for the ministry.

• I would like to see The North Pacific proactively pursue the opening of new diplomatic ties, instead of just waiting for regions to come to up.
• I would like for us to consider reopening our consulate program, while raising the requirements for a full embassy - making an embassy a step up in relations with our region and allowing us to select our friends and allies carefully and make embassies more meaningful in relations between TNP and others.
• I will be restarting the reporting program for ambassadors keeping us up to date of the happenings in regions we have relations with.
• If elected I would establish a system of ranks for our ambassadors, allowing them to be rewarded for a job well done.
• As MoFA I would be working with the Ministry of Culture & Entertainment to run international cultural events between regions in order to raise TNP's international standing.

Thank you for considering me :)

I'm Kiwi (or KiwiTaicho) and I'm currently the Minister of Defense for The North Pacific. I come to you now to ask you to reelect me to the Executive Council so that I might continue to serve the region as head of it's military.

In my next term I would like to:
* Increase the number of missions
* Increase the number of NPA soldiers we currently have
* Work with the soon to be formed NPIA to safeguard TNP and our allies
* To work as closely as possible with the military of each of our allies to further mutual goals
* To do all that is necessary to safeguard the endorsement levels of the Delegate and the Vice Delegate so that the region remains secure.

If you feel that you are unable to vote for me, I would request that Scandigrad be somewhere near the top of your list as it's incredibly important that a competent member of the NPA be part of the council so that the NPA may prosper.

Thank you for those who choose to vote for me!

What can I bring to the table if elected to the Executive Council ?

Responsibility. I will hold myself accountable for any actions I take while serving as a minister, both to the Delegate and to the region.

Activity. I am a very active member of this region and check in the forums almost on a daily basis. I always keep tabs on what is going on in this region.

Communication. I am always clear in my communication and I always do my best to get back to people in a timely manner. You will not have to wait long if waiting for a request from me. I will endeavour to respond to your request in a timely and reasonable manner.

Integrity. I will serve the region and follow the oath I will swear if elected. I have never taken part in any coup attempts and I will keep things professional and civil first and foremost.

Strength. I will resolve to find the strength in me to focus on the work and ignore the aggravation, flame baiting, or personal attacks people may give to me in this region for whatever reason. I will focus on the job, and not focus on the drama.

Teamwork. I know how to work in teams and I can put aside personal feelings to cooperate with the other members of the council, this team that I will be working on. It is important to work together as a team or efficiency and effectiveness is reduced, and that is not good for the region.

Together, with your help, we can help make this region better.

Vote Govindia for the Executive Council.

Hey there! I'm Iro, and you may know me from my very recent campaign for Speaker of the Regional Assembly. I currently serve as Judicial Counsel to the office of the Attorney General, and I believe I am one of the strongest contenders for the Co7.

Unlike some of my distinguished opponents, I decline to choose a specific department I will assume if I am elected. The reasons for this are several. One, I greatly respect my other candidates' bids and therefore it would be unfair if a more fitting opponent won and had based their entire campaign on Defense. (I use that as an example because out of all the positions, Defense is the one I'm least likely to assume.)

I think that my worth to The North Pacific has been proven time and time again. In these recent elections, I finished just two votes below the winner (coming in at 12 to the winning 14). I participate actively in the Regional Assembly and I think I know what's right. I have visions for several of the areas the Council focuses on. I believe that we need to expand TNP's foreign affairs division and more greatly utilize our Diplomatic Corps, which have great potential but are extremely underused. I think we can expand our communications and open the door for our region's great opinion and media.

As always, I don't want any part of my campaign to go over your head. Please feel free to telegram or PM me, or find me in #tnp. Have an awesome election season and I hope I can grab your vote! :)

Romanoffia here, current Minister of Communications. Long serving member of the government. Usually untraditional, usually entertaining. I would like to continue serving in this position. Vote for me! :hello:

Hey there, I'm Tim. Currently, I'm serving as the TNP Minister of Foreign Affairs. I would appreciate it if you would re-elect me for my Third Term in the Cabinet, so I can continue my work for the Positive Foreign Affairs of The North Pacific. I've got a lot of new FA stuff planned, now that I'm smooth sailing and done with exams, and I hope I will be able to work on some of it!
