I would expect outrage from Grosse if we don't rule on it, but I genuinely don't see a persistent legal issue, particularly as the problem was the result of an inaccurate copy-paste (by BW's own words).

As to the Sedition one...sorry >_>

I'll have a look at the speaker powers one and post some thoughts tomorrow to get the conversation started.
