This, the Seventh Induction Ceremony of the Oriole Union's Company Administration began early this morning. Unfortunately, due to internal rules and regulations international coverage of the actual ceremony and it's procedure was not permitted. So our international viewers will have to settle for second hand accounts; unless, of course, if they managed to get into the country before last night when the borders officially closed for this marvelous day. Accompanied by the First Corporate Interdistrict Symphony and the Cosmopolitan Northmont Chorus, the musical prowess and national treasure, Ellie Visage opened the ceremony with a collection of her most popular and well-known hits within the Union followed by the Oriolean National Anthem. After the musical opening, Cynthia Meyers, the Chief Executive Officer, spoke on behalf of the outgoing Board of Directors. She covered what she believed were immense advancements the Company and Union had made with the Corporatist Movement in power and stated that she was beyond pleased to know that the citizens and stockholders of the Union felt the same way by electing yet another member of the Corporatist Movement to the most supreme office of Chair. Then, with admiration and awe-inspired reverence, she introduced the outgoing Madame Chairwoman.

As her aides helped her up to the podium the massive audience that managed to secure tickets to see the ceremony from the Courtyard in the shade of Corporate Tower were exploding with wild cheers and flag-waving. The seventy eight year old woman performed her signature mic-tap and cleared her throat. We have unfortunately not received permission from the Company to release any of her speech in quotes or paraphrases. The only thing we are permitted to disclose is that after the gave her stirring speech she introduced the new Head of the Corporatist Movement, the Chairwoman-Elect, Ms. Bette Grantham. * * * *
The Chairwoman-Elect took her oath and was titled by Ms. Fellows as 'the Madame Chairwoman Ms. Bette Grantham'. Afterward, Chairwoman Grantham took the podium and gave a quick speech in which she discussed her hopes to continue the work of Ms. Fellows both domestically as well as her recent endeavors internationally. Lastly she announced that she would be retaining the last administration's Chief Executive Officer, Cynthia Meyers; Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Davis; Chief Analytical Officer, Ronald Verrs; and Chief Financial Officer, Liam LaRoque as a testament to the most successful and longest serving administration in the history of the Union.
